We were tasked with designing the job recruitment experience for a demographic of users that combined collaboration and promoted teamwork. Our main goal was to make this experience intuitive for both the employer and the members of the team.
I studied other players in this industry to better understand and experience what their recruitment processes felt like. We identified the pain points we faced on these platforms. This helped us create clearer & easier paths for our website visitors & also make sure the app was easy to navigate
